If you are wondering where our products came from, we have formed strategic alliances with our manufacturers from Hong Kong, Japan and Korea, hence most of our products are specially designed by us with their help.

Our Policy
With regards to Online Purchases
- For online purchases, currently we accept bank transfers from DBS/POSB.
- Feminine (FEM) greatly value our customers and all online purchases have been thoroughly checked before delivery, hence all goods sold are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- Buyers should take note that there maybe slight differences in product's colour due to each individual's different monitor resolution.
With regards to Postage
- Customers have a choice between normal or registered mail.(Kindly please indicate your preference when sending in your orders)
- For Bags, only Registered mail is availiable.
- We regret to inform that we could not be responsible for the loss of items through NORMAL postage and hence to the beneficial interest of both parties we strongly recommend registered mails.
- Upon received your bank transfer, items will be sent out within 2 working days and the delivery time would be advised in the confirmation email.
- As the cost of inflation currently is very high in Singapore for businesses, we sincerely apologise that Postage Charges would have to be borne by our customers.
With regards to Reservations
- We regret to inform that we currently do not offer reservations for customers but we can assure that our blog is updated daily to ensure its accuracy.

- Your Name
- Your Contact Number
- The Product Name & Code Number (please double confirm)
- Specify colour
- Specify Type A or Type B (for Bags only)
- Specify quantity
- Address by postage (Registered / Normal Mail)
Step 2: Wait for our reply
- You will recieve a confirmation email with our bank information and we will also further advise you on the postage fees
Step 3: Transfer payment
- After transferring to our bank account, kindly email us the bank transaction no. with the previously confirmed email.
Step 4: Wait for our Product
- Upon confirmation of payment, product will be sent within
2 working days
